We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Solo and Delta. We also accept payment through Paypal. Please contact us directly for a Paypal invoice.
Prices of all KIND Products and Shipping costs are as set out on the website as at the date of order. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we try to avoid it, it may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. The Price applying to all pieces must be paid in GBP at the time of order.
All dealings between KIND Jewellery and yourselves (as the customer) will be governed by the laws of England and where any dispute must be resolved.
Portrayal of Products
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. Some images of our website have been manipulated for the design of our website but the reproduction of colours for all items in our Shop The Collection section are as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
We only hold stock of some items of the collection and the other items are made to order. All items will be shipped within 2-5 days of your order. We will inform you as soon as possible if there is going to be a delay in shipping your purchase.
If for some reason you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to refund you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any enquiries. Please note that earrings are not returnable if the item has already been shipped so please endeavour to cancel your order as soon as possible to ensure they haven't been dispatched already.
We will not share your personal information with any other business or people. If you are currently signed up to our news letter and would like to unsubscribe you can follow the link at the bottom of our most recent newsletter. If you would prefer to contact us directly we would be happy to remove you ourselves.
