Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods

Shipping is currently capped at £6.95 for Standard UK Delivery although this is subject to change in line with Royal Mail or other courier price changes. 

Collection orders

Will normally be sent out within 2-5 days using Royal Mail First Class. Items over the value of £150 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This allows items to be tracked and insured. For Special Delivery items, you will need to be available to receive the delivery as a signature is required. We will contact you, via email once the item has been dispatched to provide you with a tracking number. It is the customers responsibility to track the delivery.

Bespoke Pieces

Will be sent out using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This allows items to be tracked and insured. We will contact you, via email, to arrange delivery on a day the suits you best once your piece is ready to ship. You will need to be available to receive the delivery as a signature is required. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any taxes and/or customs charges where these arise outside of the UK. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local duties and taxes or Royal Mail or local country mail delivery.

If you would like to receive your delivery on a specific day then contact us at hello@kindjewellery.com. Although we can't make any promises we will all we can to get it to you on, or as close, to your preferred date as possible.

Invoices

To reduce our impact we don't print out invoices. An invoice will be emailed to you when you make your order. If you would like to request a printed invoice to be sent with your order then please get in touch with us when you make your order.

Gifts

If you are ordering an item as a gift and would like us to include a special message then please contact us at hello@kindjewellery.com when you place your order.

Cancellation and returns

If for some reason you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible, and within 30 days of despatch of your order, and we will be happy to refund you. Please email us at hello@kindjewellery.com if you have any enquiries. Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings are not returnable if the item has already been shipped so please try to cancel your order as soon as possible to ensure they haven't been dispatched already.

Unless an item is faulty (in which case we will refund your postage costs), you will be responsible or the cost of any return postage. Please ensure that you obtain a suitable receipt on posting as you will be responsible for any returns reaching us safely. Please email hello@kindjewellery.com to organise a return. 

Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded within 30 days of receipt of the order and we will contact you via email to confirm the steps to be taken.

Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to reach your account before contacting us.

When returning an item please ensure you use adequate packaging and post it using a reliable tracked service and insure the package to the retail value. All returns are sent at the expense of the customer and the customer is liable for any tax and duties payable outside of the UK (unless the item is faulty).

Bespoke & Made to order pieces, including customised ring sizes & pieces with personalised engravings, are non returnable/ refundable and subject to different terms and conditions which can be found here

If you wish to cancel or alter your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do all that we can to make sure you get what you want, when you want it. However once goods have been dispatched we can not make changes to the order.
