Who we are
We are KIND Collection, a sustainable jewellery brand with a focus on responsibly sourced precious metals and gemstones. Our pieces are thoughtfully designed & made with care and consideration to both people and planet. Whether they are purchased to celebrate love or mark life’s miles stones we hope that they become a central part of your story.
Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order as by accessing our website, and by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Placing an order
When you place an order for one of our collection pieces on our website you are making an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you our order confirmation although we reserve the right to cancel orders at any time before dispatch.
Payment
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Solo and Delta. We also accept payment through Paypal. Please contact us directly for a Paypal invoice. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
Prices
Prices of all KIND Products and Shipping costs are as set out in Pounds Sterling (GBP) on the website as at the date of order and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we try to avoid it, it may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. The price applying to all pieces must be paid in GBP at the time of order.
Law
All dealings between KIND Jewellery and yourselves (as the customer) will be governed by the laws of England and this is where any dispute must be resolved.
Portrayal of Products
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur, not least because our products are hand made. Some images on our website have been manipulated for the design of our website but the reproduction of colours for all items in our “Shop The Collection” section are as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
All dimensions and chain lengths are clearly communicated on the website. However, if you have any other questions about your purchase, please email hello@kindjewellery.com or drop me a DM on Instagram before completing your purchase.
Availability
We only hold stock of some items of The Collection and the other items are made to order. All items will be shipped within 2-5 days of your order. We will inform you as soon as possible if there is going to be a delay in shipping your purchase to discuss timelines and delivery.
Quality Control
All pieces are checked before packaging to ensure they align with the agreed scope, objectives, and client requirements. This review checks for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with agreed expectations. Any issues identified are addressed before delivery or through the Service Quality, Remediation & Client Satisfaction process.
Warranty
We take pride in the quality of our jewellery, and it comes with a 6-month warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse. However, we want you to be happy with your piece and if it is not in a perfect condition when it arrives or you have a problem with it in the first 6 months, then please email hello@kindjewellery.com and include clear pictures as well as a description of the problem. In addition to this we also offer a repair service to extend the life of your jewellery. To find out more about these services and pricing please visit the repairs page of our website.
Cancellation and returns
If for some reason you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible, and latest within 30 days of receipt of your order, and we will be happy to refund you. Please email us at hello@kindjewellery.com if you have any enquiries. Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings are not returnable if the item has already been shipped so please try to cancel your order as soon as possible to ensure they haven't been dispatched already.
Unless an item is faulty (in which case we will refund your postage costs), you will be responsible or the cost of any return postage. Please ensure that you obtain a suitable receipt on posting as you will be responsible for any returns reaching safely. Please email hello@kindjewellery.com to organise a return.
Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded within 30 days of receipt of the order and we will contact you via email to confirm the steps to be taken.
Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to reach your account before contacting us.

Intellectual property
All content on this website, including images, text, design, logos and product photography, is owned or licensed by KIND Collection and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use content without our prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses, loss of profits, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of our order will apply to that order.
